1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at https://www.spojnia.studio/
The owner of the website and the service provider is Dariusz Kawalec, conducting business under the name Spójnia Studio Dariusz Kawalec with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Nowogródzka 29/8, 51-351 Wrocław, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 8952298181, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.

2. Types and scope of services
Through the website, the Service Provider enables Users to use the following services provided electronically:
Browsing content and materials presenting the studio’s offer and portfolio (including logo designs, 3D animations and branding).
Providing a contact form for sending an enquiry or getting in touch.
Access to the above services is free of charge.
3. Terms of service provision
To use the website properly, the User should have a computer or mobile device with Internet access and a correctly configured web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
An active email account is required to use the contact form.
Users are prohibited from providing unlawful or vulgar content, or content that infringes the personal rights of third parties. Users are obliged to use the website in accordance with the law and good practice.
The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded when the User starts using the website and terminates when the User leaves it, and in the case of the contact form, when the enquiry is sent or the correspondence ends. Users may stop using the services at any time without making any additional declarations.
4. Complaints procedure
Users have the right to submit complaints about the improper functioning of services provided through the website (e.g. a contact form failure).

A complaint should include a description of the problem and the date it occurred.
The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will inform the User of the outcome by return message.
5. Personal data protection
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the provision of services is Spójnia Studio. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including its purposes, legal bases and Users’ rights, can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
6. Final provisions
These Terms of Service are available on the website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, reproduced and saved.
Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in the law or in the scope of services provided. The amended Terms of Service are published on this page and apply from the date of publication. Services started before the amendment are governed by the Terms of Service in their previous wording.
